The Plasma Beam is the most damaging beam, doing 10 half hearts of damage charged, and 3 half hearts uncharged. It also has the ability to pierce through multiple enemies, much like the Wave Beam does with terrain. A charge shot is to be used cautiously, as it will set mobs and terrain on fire on impact, doing approximitely 5 half hearts of damage, unless the enemy is either extingushed early or has some kind of resistance to fire.
